Regrading a yard to keep water out of a crawlspace
After heavy rain was reaching the crawlspace, we regraded the yard away from the house and buried the gutters.
After weeks of rain, water was getting into this crawlspace. The yard sloped toward the house, so we regraded it to fall away from the foundation and ran the gutters underground to discharge well clear of the house.
